The Procurement Portal Cook Islands (PPCI) website is managed by the Procurement Team within the Major Projects and Procurement Support Division.
The Portal was designed to promote transparency, value for money and fair competition with regards to Cook Island Government Procurement Activities. Registering for email notifications on current tender and latest bidding opportunities will soon be made available via the site.
In order to participate in any tenders or quotes issued by Cook Islands Government you will need to register as a supplier on the Portal and you are invited to do this at your convenience. As part of registration you will need to specify relevant “Business Categories” for your business.
The GCF is providing a $12-million grant to co-finance the project, which is part of the seven-year Pacific Islands Renewable Investment Program covering the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, and Tonga. The grant will fund assistance to the Cook Islands in procuring and installing battery storage.
