Microcontroller and driver circuit is used to control on/off time of switching devices in a proper sequence in a particular time used in the main inverter circuit.
Conclusion The proposed three-phase 3L inverter is derived by modifying the traditional NPC evading clamping diodes and quadratic switches. Each inverter leg operates at a high switching frequency, producing three levels of phase voltages and five levels of line-line voltages for the considered load condition of R = 1Ω and L = 20 mH.
