Our 72V motor lineup includes both brushless DC (BLDC) and permanent magnet AC (PMAC) technologies. By leveraging advanced permanent magnet design, these motors provide high efficiency, great torque density, and an extended service life—all within a compact form factor.
The 72V PMAC motors utilise permanent magnets to maximise the efficiency of the motors. Innotec’s rotors’ pre-excitation from the magnets is designed to maximise efficiency benefits. These motors are known for their high power density and efficiency. Innotec primarily uses hall sensors or sin-cos sensors in all of the motors.
Efficient IPM Motors (255-EZI72-070, 255-EZI72-100, 255-FEI72-125, 255-FEI72-160): These 72-volt motors provide higher efficiency and power density, with power outputs ranging from 4 kW to 18 kW continuous, speeds up to 3,800 RPM, and torque up to 80 Nm. They are suitable for light electric vehicles, pumps, and mobile equipment.
Each 72 volt motor can be paired with an Innotec controller for either fixed-speed operation or dynamic control, providing design flexibility for a range of applications, from small e-mobility solutions to large industrial machines.
